Booking Policy
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are collected via secure Square invoice. Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service.
Payment Policy
Cash and major credit card payments are accepted.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to ONE rescheduled appointment when notice is given within the required time frame.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit may be forfeited. This ensures all clients receive full attention and services remain on schedule.
No-Shows
Failure to arrive for an appointment without notice will result in loss of deposit. Future appointments may require full payment in advance.

• For safety and privacy, address is provided after booking confirmation.
Refund & Adjustment Policy
All services are final and non-refundable due to the time, skill, and materials involved in hair services.
If you experience a concern with your style, please notify us within 14 days of your appointment. Minor adjustments (not full re-dos) may be provided at the stylist’s discretion.
